Ticket transfers can be processed free of charge under the following conditions:
Until February 28th, 2026: You may convert your ticket to a coupon for transfer to another person. This option allows for a full transfer, including the ability to change both merchandise and badge information.
March 1st – March 15th, 2026: You may transfer your ticket with the ability to change badge information only; merchandise information cannot be changed during this period.
March 16th, 2026 – Event Day: Both badge and merchandise information can no longer be modified. No transfers can be made.

Please note that registration for the Honor Sponsor tier is non-transferable.
While Thaitails convention does not typically offer refunds, we are providing greater flexibility for the 2026 event. Attendees may request a cancellation under the following conditions:
To initiate a refund, please send an email to helpdesk@thaitails.net. When submitting your request, you may choose one of the following two options:
Refunds can be issued via bank accounts in Thailand, PayPal, or local bank transfers via Wise (available in Wise-supported countries). Please note that processing may take 15–30 business days after approval.
Until March 14th, 2026: 75% Refund
After March 14th, 2026: No Refund
The coupon is valid for 100% of the ticket price for your specific tier and may only be used for ThaiTails ticket purchases in the following year. Please note that coupons cannot be converted back into cash or any other form of credit.

After March 14th, 2026: No Coupon Conversion
Please note that registration for the Honor Sponsor tier is non-refundable and cannot be converted into a credit coupon.
After Party: After Party tickets cannot be refunded separately. To receive a refund, you must cancel your entire registration. However, After Party access can be transferred to another person by contacting our team through helpdesk@thaitails.net
Dealer’s Den Booth Fee: Please note that booth fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
